Returns are allowed if the item is returned unused and with original packaging within 30 days from time of purchase. Used items will not be accepted and no refunds/credit will be issued. Additionally, unless the product is damaged, you, the buyer, will be responsible for return shipping charges. Simply contact Fisherman’s World at 203-866-1075 or e-mail us at info@fishermansworld.net with any questions regarding returns. We will gladly refund your purchase in full once the product has been returned in satisfactory condition.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days. The return of any product(s) with a value over $250 must be accompanied by a previously requested return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number and instructions, please call us toll-free at 877-643-6011 and have your invoice number available. Please note the following:
Fisherman's World reserves its right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
To obtain the RMA number, please provide us with the invoice number and reason for the return.
Once you receive a return authorization you may return unused items in the original box with all accessories within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
Fisherman's World will not accept returned merchandise with a value over $250 without a return authorization (RMA) number. This number must be posted in a conspicuous place on the outside of the package.
Merchandise should include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit for returned items.
